Return Policy

Under following conditions, Bellician will provide high satisfaction return service.

1. Purchased merchandise must be in original condition, same as brand new.
2. Final sale, Clearance, Event sale item are not return-able.
3. Exchange, Refund request must be made within 14 days of customer receiving products.
4. The original shipping cost is not refundable. (If there is our shipping mistake, full cost will be refundable.)

Under any circumstances, following items are not return-able. <Manufacturer defects are exception>

• Wig/ Ponytail/ Bun Hair
• All unsealed hair & Skin care products. (ex. Bottle, Jar, Spray, Pump and Tube type products, which are unsealed)
• Cosmetics
• Jewelry
• Electronic Tools

How to get exchange or refund

1. Contact our online department by e-mail. Please included return reasons and pictures if there is manufacturer defect on merchandise. (contact@bellician.com)
2. Once we approve, send the merchandise back to us. When we receive the shipment, we will start refund or exchange process.

NOTE : If the packaging or product have been damaged, please do not send it to us. If we cannot accept the returned item, customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges
